1 Email me a sign-in link
First time? Enter the email address the Club has for you in Swim Central, then select Email me a sign-in link. Open the email and select the link. It works for 30 minutes.
Once you’re signed in, you stay signed in on that device, so you won’t need a new link each week.
The email hasn’t arrived
Check your junk or spam folder, and give it a few minutes. Make sure you typed the email address you use for Swim Central.
Still nothing? Email swimming@pm.org.au.
My email address has changed
Update it in Swim Central first. Then email swimming@pm.org.au so the Club can update Race Entry too. Until then, use your group code to sign in.
Someone forwarded me their sign-in link
Don’t use it. A sign-in link is for the person it was emailed to. Ask for your own link, or use your group’s code.
2 Use your group code
Your group code is a short code, like ABCD-2345, that signs you straight in without waiting for an email. On the sign-in screen, choose Group code and type it in.
Where do I find my group code?
Sign in with an email link, open Account, find Group code and select Show code.
Keep it somewhere safe. Anyone with the code can change your group’s entries.
I think someone else has our code
Sign in, open Account and select Issue a new code. The old code stops working straight away, and any other devices signed in to your group are signed out. You’ll get an email to confirm.
3 Use a password (optional)
Prefer a password? Sign in with an email link, open Account and set one under Password. It’s separate from your Swim Central password.
Forgotten your password?
Choose Email me a link instead. There’s nothing to reset: once you’re signed in, you can set a new password under Account.
Need a hand?
