2 Open Results

Select Results at the top. Race day shows one race day at a time, with your swimmers’ times laid out like the entry form.

Example only. Your swimmers and races may differ.

What do the markings mean?

PB — a new personal best in that competition on the day it was swum.

Did not start or Disqualified — shown in place of a time.

Entered · no result — entered online but there’s no result, usually because the race wasn’t run.

Trial day — those swims don’t count towards personal bests.

How do I see other race days?

Use ‹ Earlier and Later ›, or choose a season and then a race day. Results go back to the 2010/11 season.

When do results appear?

Once the race secretary has checked and published them — usually within a day or two of racing. Until then the race day shows Results not published yet.

3 See everyone in your event

Under each event, select All swimmers to see everyone’s result in that event, fastest first. Your swimmers are highlighted.

There are no placings here: Club placings and points are worked out by age group.

4 Check personal bests

Select Personal bests to see each swimmer’s point score and championship PBs — this season’s seed times — and their lifetime best, with where it was swum. Select an event to see every swim of it.

What counts as a personal best?

Point score and championship PBs are kept separately and build through the season. Trial days never count, and equalling a PB isn’t a new one.

Lifetime bests include every Club race and are just for interest. Short course (25m pool) times are listed separately.

Why does a PB say “Carried forward”?

If a swimmer didn’t swim an event last season, their earlier PB carries forward, and it shows which season it came from.

5 See progress

Select Progress to see how a swimmer is going over the seasons.

  • Every swim shows one event’s times. Faster times are lower on the chart.
  • Season average shows one point per season across all events: on average, how far the swimmer was from their best in each event. Lower is better.

Choose All races, Point score or Championship. Swims in a 25m pool aren’t included.
