The Club’s annual Long Distance Charity Swim took place on 3 January 2026.
20 Members participated in the event, swimming a combined total of 46.9km or 938 laps. One of our members, Janelle, swum a whopping 3.45km! An amazing effort by all!

Participants had 60 minutes to complete as many laps of the 50 meter pool as they can. Participants are not required to swim non-stop, rather everyone is encouraged to swim at a pace they are comfortable with.
This year’s charity partner is once again The Cancer Centre for Children at Westmead and our goal is to raise $1000 for the great work that they do. And so far, we have surpassed that goal!
